If you would like to receive in-home communion, prayers for a loved one nearing death, become a eucharistic visitor, or need pastoral care, please contact our Pastoral Ministries Coordinator, Pat Wohlwend, or fill out one of the appropriate forms below.
Eucharistic Visitors
We have a team of faithful, capable Eucharistic ministers who can administer the sacrament to anyone who can’t attend services.
Please let us know if you’d like us to come share the Lord’s table with you or someone you love. If you’d like to join in administering the sacraments to others, you can also learn how to get involved in this ministry here.

Ministry at Time of Death
If your loved one is nearing death, and you would like a visit with prayers for the dying and the anointing of holy oil, please contact fill out the form below.
We will connect you with someone to visit your loved one 24/7, give the prayers and liturgy for the dying, anoint them with holy oil, and pray with you.

Memorial Reception
If your loved one has passed, we’re here to meet with your family to discuss arrangements for the memorial reception. Please contact our rector, The Rev. David Marshall.
Columbarium
We have a small columbarium in a garden in our courtyard, a quiet space that our church covenants to care for in perpetuity. If you’d like to reserve a niche, the first step would be to make an appointment with us and fill out the application forms. There is a one-time fee of $1,000 for parishioners to complete the reservation; for non-parishioners, the cost is $1,200.

Do you need prayer? Are you interested in praying for others? You have options.
Prayer Chain
The prayer chain is a group of about a dozen committed people who will lift your request to God the moment we’re notified, then continue to pray for you every day during our individual prayer times. All information is held in confidence.
In our prayers, we become like the people who brought the paralytic man to Jesus. They carried the man on his mat, broke a hole in the roof, and lowered him into the healing presence of Jesus. In our prayers, we respond in love to the perfect love that Jesus has for us.

If you’re interested in joining the prayer chain, you’re welcome to inquire by contacting Pat. The first step would be get together with you, talk about what it means to join, and determine whether it would be a good fit.
Prayers with Clergy
Do you have an unresolved need for healing or renewal? You’re welcome to meet for one-on-one prayer with our clergy. We can meet in the chapel after services on Sunday or by appointment during the week. The information you share is confidential.
